In short, while resources for v3.9 already exist but v3.7 is still plagued with countless bugs. Most server owners I know are gradually giving up. Mo An seems to be the only one relentlessly fixing character bugs although he remains silent regarding new game content

So would it be fair to assume that leng quan would still adapt the update from mo an once this patch ends? Since they're like partners and sht. And as u said, he's still the one who provides the apk to mo an and manages the gm app. If that's the case, then I'll just come back later

Even if I gave you the download link, you wouldn't be able to log into the game anyway. For Mo An's server, you have to join their QQ group and get your QQ ID approved before you can even log in
